What a Strong Candidate Looks Like
Formwork Experience
Structural formwork is our core specialisation. Candidates with hands-on experience in suspended formwork, jump formwork or complex multi-level builds are always of interest. See our structural formwork for the kind of work we take on.
Concreting Trade Skills
Experienced concreters across commercial, residential and civil scopes. Pour sequencing, finishing, curing and quality inspection experience all valued. We work across the full range, from large commercial pours to residential slabs and driveways.
Safety Awareness
We hold ICN Gateway, CAL Accredited and MBA NT accreditations. Every crew member needs to understand safe work method statements, site induction requirements and the high-risk construction work categories relevant to concreting and formwork in the NT.
Territory Experience
Darwin's conditions — the wet season, the heat, reactive soils and the pace of the local construction market — favour people who've worked here before. Interstate experience is welcome, but local knowledge shortens the curve significantly.
